Refund Policy

1. Overview
All purchases of subscriptions on the RoundAngel platform at roundangel.com are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record). This means your purchase contract is with Paddle, not with Nomad Engineers.
Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions. This page summarises the key points and directs you to the appropriate channels.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws:
- Statutory rights: Depending on your country of residence, you may have a statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund within 5–14 days of purchase (e.g., 14 days in the EU/EEA/UK, 7 days in Canada, South Korea, and Brazil, 5 days in Singapore).
- Discretionary refunds: Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
- Product defects: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Platform as described, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled by Paddle. You can submit a request using any of the following methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email from Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund".
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via your account settings under Billing & Subscription.
- Through the Paddle Buyer portal using the link in your subscription confirmation email.
- By emailing support@roundangel.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle, but you will retain access to the Platform until the period ends.
5. Chargebacks
Paddle encourages you to contact them directly before raising a chargeback with your bank. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-Platform notification. The applicable Paddle Refund Policy at the time of your transaction governs that transaction.
